Living At Mission

"May you live all the days of your life." - Jonathon Swift

Daily life in a MHS care community revolves around relationship-rich, Elder-centered care. We have a passion for each Elder and it is our desire for you to experience vibrant living.

Being well-known

Our desire is to get to know the elders and staff, for it is in being well-known that both elders and staff experience quality of life.

Choice

Elders at MHS retain the autonomy of decision-making including when to get up in the morning, what to eat, when to eat, and how to spend one's day.

Engagement

As the decision-makers of the care community Elders engage in meaningful activities of their choice. Neighborhood specific events promote a relationship-rich community.

Honor

Elderhood is a sacred time of life. Care partner staff at MHS commit to honoring the Elders we serve in all of our actions.

Integrated Care

At MHS all staff work in partnership with each other, therapy services, the Elders, and family members to provide excellent clinical care in a nurturing environment.
