Dear Residents and Family Members,
We know many of you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 and how it may impact our homes. Ensuring residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our first priority. At this time, we do not have any cases in any of our homes. To continue to ensure the safety of our residents and staff, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention have recommended a variety of steps that we are implementing to help reduce the potential virus from entering the building.
At this time, we are not admitting visitors into any of our communities. Only healthcare personnel will be permitted at this time.
Our homes are offering a variety of different ways that you can keep in touch with your loved one including social media, face time, SKYPE, and window visits. Please arrange accordingly at your community.
Please make sure you update us with your most current emergency contact information. we want to make sure we efficiently communicate with you should there be new developments.
For the safety of our vulnerable residents, we will be restricting community outings as well as outside entertainment.
Our communities are following the recommendations of the CDC on prevention steps and we are staying up to date with the CDC recommendations as they may continue to change. In addition, our communities are in close contact with local state health department, and we are following their guidance.
